Project Loon by Google : Internet through Balloon

I was thinking 1-2 years back that a company like google should launch Internet through satellites or any other way so that they can offer affordable internet connectivity to the whole planet which might be free from data usage limitations imposed by current internet service providers and i don't know if something like this possible but anyway, they are working on an experimental project to make it possible to offer affordable internet through Balloons.
