Self Realization: Journey from the 3D Object to the Subject

My Comment: We human beings are born as 3D objects that change their shape and size and ultimately perish. Few of us try to know the ultimate truth of life as an addition, while this object can't know the truth. We need to understand that we are not this object, but the consciousness within which is the subject, by observing its thoughts and emotions. Only this disidentification with the object leads to the ultimate truth.
